A question from Roland: Should I tust my personal Blood Pressure Monitor?
Each time I go to the store , It gives me high readings. Like today:
148/98 then later 145/92 then 139/90 that was my last reading at the store. However when I get home I use my BP monitor called Omron HEM-780 supposely very accurate and my readings are around 125/85.
A lot of people are telling me that the store monitors are not as accurate and the noice & everything makes people more nervous therefore give higher readings. What should I trust?

you should trust the one at home as you are relaxed and therefore the reading will be more accurate when i was younger doctors thought i suffered from high blood pressure but it turned out that i only had high BP when at hospitials becasue of my nerves .
