Tuesday I had to go to the V.A. hospital for some tests, and this class where they gave us a blood pressure monitor, and taught us how to use it.
It’s really pretty easy to use, it’s runs on batteries, and is pretty much all automatic, it even has a memory that saves all your readings..
So anyways.. I never even thought of this during the class and googled it and that didn’t help, so I am hoping one of you guys might have one and can help me.This afternoon I had it on my arm and it was doing it’s thing, getting all tight and throbbing like its supposed to, and I got to wondering,
would it hurt anything if I put it in hot water or the microwave for a few to get it nice and warm, then put it on another body part?
thanks for any help
the neck thing just made me want a cigarette but thanks
