I am really serious about getting my first tattoo and i take medicine to treat high blood pressure, i know that taking blood thinners for high blood pressure will cause you to bleed more, so how does a beta blocker affect the bleeding? Please Help

How much should blood pressure fluctuate?

I was wondering how many points is normal for blood pressure to fluctuate. I am on a low dose Beta blocker. There are times where my readings will be like 115/68 for some days or certain times of day and times where it will be 135/85. Is that normal fluctuation?
