		<description>The best thing for high blood pressure is stay away,
from red meat,always buy lean meats,no cheese,no
butter,no salt or sodium,Eat fish 3 times a week.
Eat almonds and flax seeds,sunflower,on salads.
Eat alot of Oatmeal,morning, noon or night.Mellows
lower blood pressure.Drink 64oz.water a day.
No sugar or coffee.You can have herb teas.
Green veggies,noodles without any sauce.Use lime
juice and Mrs. Dash.for seasoning on veggies and meats.
100% whole wheat breads or wraps.Steam everything.
So,buy a food steamer.My son lost 20 pounds on this
diet.No fast food ever.Bran muffins.Raisins and carrot &amp;
apple salads.Try to eat this daily as a snack.
