what’s a low blood pressure reading that you should seek emergency help, mine is 90/50 and whats the lowest it can go?

why don’t you call a hospital, nurse on call, or even the 911 dispatcher if you are worried about it. Don’t put your life in the hands of the Internet.

It is probably normal for you. Among other things, it is dependent upon age and weight.
If it gets so low it is an emergency, you will either be unconscious or bleeding profusely.
It can’t be too bad if you’re on your computer.
