120 over 80. Don’t eat foods high in saturated fats, don’t over eat, an exercise!!! P.S. I would lay off of soda and other things very high in sugar.
Eat lots of fruits and veggies….and fish is very very good for you.,
How about adding your own answer to the comments below!

120 / 80. Get you doctor to give you a diet or direct you to a website. My doctor recommended the ADA diet ( American Diabetes Association) to help me lose weight. Maybe your doctor will tell you one for your blood pressure.
I recently read an article on blood pressure. A good reading is 115/78. 120/80, which used to be considered a normal reading is now considered pre-hypertension.
A person with high blood pressure needs to avoid salt. Salt causes the body to retain fluid which increases the blood pressure.
Low impact aerobics, walking, water aerobics are usually best, especially if the person is new to exercising.
Normal blood pressure is 120 over 80, for the high blood stay out of salt grease flour, and the best exercise is walking at least 20 min a day
no doc here kind of a guess but i’d say 110-140 over 65-80 as far as food i know salt is bad for that sorry not much help good luck
