A question from Debs: What is the normal blood pressure for a person aged 56?
I feel faint and just sluggish to so took blood pressure, it was 98/68 is that good?

Considering the normal is 120/80. Then no, it’s terrible.
that’s a bit to low it should be about 125/78
What’s normal is what is normal for you. If you feel fine with no changes and have discovered this is your pressure than probably not a big deal, if you aren’t feeling well and this isn’t your usual then it is a problem. Sometimes you are a little dehydrated and the pressure can drop slightly. Try increasing fluids for a few days and see what happens. If that doesn’t help or this isn’t your usual you need to see the doc.

thats quite low for a blood pressure . normal blood pressure should be 120/80 :high blood pressure:10/85 && low blood pressure: 110/75 and lower. so yess your blood pressure is low. i suggest you call your doctor
