you have a very good blood pressure. the average is 120/80. keep up the good work!
Whether you agree or disagree, why not leave your own thoughts below.

That’s a good reading. Keep doing what you’re doing and each time you have it checked, write down the numbers so you are better educated about what your body is doing as you age. Same for lab tests and any other tests you have done in your life. Keep your own medical journal for everything so you know if something is not right. Blood pressure becomes a problem when the top number creeps up to 150 and the bottom number creeps to 90 or higher.
There is no way we can tell you anything because we don’t know your medical history. Some people are low, some are high…and it’s normal for them. But we have no idea about that with you.
If you’re concerned, go to your doctor or to a cardiologist, have them talk to you about your blood pressure or get checked out. Then ask them your questions in light of your medical history, weight, etc. You can also go to a clinic for this too.
That is normal for you and there should be no concern.
For the record, there is no such thing as to what “normal” blood pressure is.
120/80 is prehypertension and a blood pressure reading of 140/90 CONSISTENTLY is considered hypertension.
At 116/64 your BP is better than 120/80 which is deemed to be normal and acceptable. Some super fit athletes have a BP of 90/60.
