What is considered high blood pressure for a 31 year old female?

Question posed by Christine: What is considered high blood pressure for a 31 year old female?
I’m otherwise healthy, currently have a UTI and the nurse said my blood pressure was high, 133 over 95. How high is that? Something to be overly concerned about, or is it just a little high?

    The normal is 120/80. Yours is a bit high. Just ask your doctor about it and stay on top of it.

    That is only a slightly elevated BP.
