Question by unknown: What is a good multivitamin for someone with high blood pressure?
I am a 33 year old female who has high blood pressure and I take a prescription for that. I do not take a multivitamin and I really feel like I should start but I am unsure of what kind to start being that I have high blood pressure.

You want a multivitamin that is organic. If it is synthetic you’re body doesnt recognize it and won’t absorb it as well. Why take something if its just going to get flushed down the toilet? Here is a link to order organic. Plus, you don’t want fillers. you just want pure vitamins:)

Try taking a multivitamin which includes magnesium, which has been found helpful in managing blood pressure. You should also eat foods rich in potassium such as bananas and lentils. These are other foods can help to lower your blood pressure.
