A question from Tom: What does this Blood pressure reading mean for a 28 year old male?
What does this Blood Pressure mean for a 6 foot 28 year old male with a reading of 148-Systolic pressure, 85-diastolic pressure and a pulse of 104 and then 5 days later at the same time as the last reading it is 147-Systolic pressure, 84-diastolic pressure and a pulse of 114?
I would go to the doctor but when i go they think i make up my symptoms when i know my body better than they do.

Idk what all those numbers mean, but you know. Stay active, drink plenty of water, and eat your darn vegetables, and you should be in the norm.
it seems like your BP is a bit on the high side… Below is a link that can help you learn more about High BP…
Your BP changes several times throughout the day, but those numbers aren’t great if they’re constant. Try to remember what you did during those days right before you took your blood pressure. Have you been under a lot of stress lately or exercising before taking your BP and pulse? The best time to take vital signs is right when you wake up. Try to do that for about a week and write the numbers down in a journal. Also, it may be helpful to write down daily activities, food consumed, and other habits (smoking, etc.) and then make an appointment with your doctor if you don’t feel right about it. I hope that helped.
Normal BP is 120 over 80. Although the diastolic looks good, the systolic seems a little high. It is never good to have more than 30 points per mercury between the two numbers. I would keep a check on it. If it continually run high on systolic, or if the diastolic goes to 90 or above (which causes kidney damage) you may need medicinal treatment. I would continue seeing the doctor…
