A question asked by Morticia: Need dieting tips for dangerously high blood pressure that is of the charts??!?
A close friend of mine has very high blood pressure and it’s so rediculously far off the charts that she could very possibly have a fatal stroke or heart attack at any given time. Anyone have some out of the norm dieting/exercise/stress relieving tips that will help bring her BP down as much as possible???

Doctors have all of that stuff and that is who she should be seeing – her doctor.

It’s best that your friend speak to a doctor or dietician. I’m sure everyone will say eat vegetables, and lean meets, etc., and I’m sure that’s good advice. But she needs to speak with a professional, in person, who can see her medical charts and examine her. That’s the only way to really help her. You’re a good friend to try to help though.
