Try not to worry because that will cause it to elevate. I know my bp probably goes up all the time while I'm in Walmart....too crowded and loud with all those kids screaming, lol! So I wouldn't worry about a little bit of elevation. If you start having headaches, blurred vision, or swelling in your face and hands, you need to notify your doctor.
