It is bad to have very high blood pressure regardless.
Working a forge make sure that you have a rest when you need it and do not stay by the fire all the time , you should avoid using a sauna with high blood pressure
Well it could very well be bad for you, high BP on its own is very serious, you are not allowed in saunas, steam rooms or jacuzis with high bp, so I would guess you shouldnt be doing it. Listen to your body, however with high bp, you could have no side effectes but drop down dead, sorry , but true. See your GP.
