Is my blood pressure normal?

blood pressure miracle

Question by Naha: Is my blood pressure normal?
I just visited the doctor’s and my blood pressure was a 95/41. My blood pressure has never been that low before. I am 6’3 222 pounds(considerably overweight) and 18 years old.I was looking at a blood pressure chart and it said that the 41 shouldnt be that low. Any thing to be concerned about? I’ve been dieting for over 2 months and have lost over 20 pounds ( I was 245 pounds ). I’ve also noticed that now, whenever I stand up from a sitting position, I get head rushes much more frequently, easily 3-4 times a day.

I think that’s low, and it’s obviously too low for you. When I first started taking high blood pressure meds the dose was too strong (sometimes you have to play with it to get it just right)… I was walking around feeling like I’d had 2 margaritas. I’m surprised your doctor (or whoever saw you) didn’t address it. You should really bring it up for discussion and be sure to mention how you’ve been getting dizzy spells a few times a day… that’s not normal.

Your body mass index is 27.75 and you are overweight.
You have got hypotension with symptoms of fatigue, dizziness, light headedness or syncope. Low normal blood pressure is 90/60 mmHg without the symptoms mentioned above. Severe hypotension starves your body of oxygen, which can damage the heart, brain, and other organs. This type of hypotension can be life threatening if not immediately treated.
    Consult your doctor.
