Bravo for wanting to continue to stay active during this very trying time. Medication always makes me think the worse but sometimes we have to see what we can do for ourselves. Be sure to monitor your blood pressure before, during, and after an excercise so that you can see what activity threatens a spike. This way you know how much effort to put in and if the meds are working. Exercise has also been known to help stabilize the symptoms of high blood pressure and cholesterol and a number of other ailments as well. Keep up the fight!!

Why take high blood pressure meds in the first place? Why not just change up your diet?
