Is it possible to reduce blood pressure with a herbal remedy?
February 8th, 2010 | by The Doc |Andrew B asked:
I have been trying to reduce my blood pressure and loose weight for the last two months and while I did loose weight at one point I seem to have stalled. I am looking for any way to loose weight and reduce my blood pressure with the need for drugs and am looking for any suggestions!

Get a journal & look at how you put pressure on yourself or others. Then breathe deeply. Find ways to let go of this need & your blood pressure will become normal.

Aside from diet (including salt restrictions) and exercise, there are some herbs that are very beneficial for Blood Pressure.
The most popular ones are Fish Oil, Hawthorn Berries, L-Arginine, Resveratrol (which is in Red Wine), C12 Peptides (from milk protein casein), Bonito Peptides, and Garlic.
Good luck and I hope I helped!

Yes, and it is very, very easy, this the diet that will help you to control and manage your high blood pressure:
No caffeine
No sodas, (regular or diet)
No table salt (you can use sea salt)
ABSOLUTELY NO MARGARINE
No artificially or flavor drinks like kool-aid (too much sodium)
No flour (cakes, bread, etc)too much sodium
No pork meat
No processed meats( bacon, ham, etc)
the plate you use to eat , divide it (mentally) in three parts, 50% of the plates will be salads, 30% fruits and 20% meat
Step 2:
You have to take SALMON OIL and flax seed oil every day, fallow the instructions in the bottle.
With this diet you should see the difference in 24 hours. did you know that Alzheimer’s decease is related to high blood medication? please, stay away from grapefruit, very dangerous for people with high blood pressure

My mother has had trouble with high blood pressure. Exercise and and healthy diet are very important. By adding the following things to her daily routine, she has been able to keep her blood pressure at a healthy level:
Each Day
1. Drink at least 8 oz. of 100% red grape juice
2. Take Kyolic garlic tablets (according to the instructions of the package)
3. Take L-Arginine tablets (according to the instructions on the package)
4. Drink at least 8- 8oz. glasses of purified water
Most of all, you must be patient. It takes time for you to see results. Do some research on the above supplements regarding lowering blood pressure. They have worked for both my mom and my sister, but everyone’s situation is different. Good luck!
