I am trying to monitor blood pressure with a wrist cuff ~ it says to hold it even with heart ~ where is that?

blood pressure miracle

nanofthesea asked:

I am thinking between my breasts but I am being told that may be too high ~ if I don’t hold it in the right position it won’t give a good reading….. I am trying to stay off medication so that is why I am monitoring for a while first… Please HELP!

middle of the chest right under the breast.

I just bought an Omron brand wrist monitor with APS (advanced positioning sensor). It has a detector that beeps when you hold your wrist too high or too low. You must hold it at the level of your heart -which is exactly between my breasts – before it will inflate the cuff. I think you’re doing it just right.
I was having high blood pressure (150/90) and I just cut the caffeine and sodium intake and now my blood pressure is normal.
