How low is it safe for your blood pressure to go?

blood pressure miracle

blood pressure
pattypat999 asked:

My blood pressure was a little high, like 150 or so, and my doctor put me on blood pressure pills. At the time I was not watching my diet or exerciseing. When I do exercise and watch my diet, while still on the pills, my blood pressure will go down to maybe 105. I was wondering if maybe that is to low.

Blood pressure has two numbers: systolic pressure (when your heart is beating) and diastolic pressure (when your heart is resting). If your systolic is 150, that’s high. If your systolic is 105, that’s lower than average but it’s OK. If your systolic gets below 90 you need to be concerned.

    Here’s a quick rundown:

VERY LOW BLOOD PRESSURE BUT STILL OK: 90/60
LOW BUT GOOD BLOOD PRESSURE: 110/70
    AVERAGE BLOOD PRESSURE: 120/80
    BORDERLINE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE: 140/90
    HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE: 150/100
    DANGER ZONE: 160/110 or higher

that is definitey not too low. If it drops below 80/50 then you will need help. But if your systolic is 105 that is okay.

Where you are free of any symptoms. If you develop any symptoms then it is abnormal.

    all about the symptoms.

sytolic pressure of 105 is perfect if you don’t have symptoms.
