High and elevated blood pressure makes you hypertensive. Usually hypertensive people tend to get very angry for small things and they raise havoc at home or outside due to temper.
Its something that can be taken care. A lot of breathing exercises help you to calm down. I am not going to play the role of the Machine Gun Saint here but I will tell you that spending time alone at a sea shore or a lake will help you to focus on life and motivate you to control your temper.
Other than that the Medical gurus will recommend certain diets to lower your BP levels.
You are fine… you are still young so everything can be taken care of.
Regular blood pressure checks with their BP machine. Also can be if you have a family history, smoker, overweight, etc., etc. The chemists have information sheets on hypertension and other conditions.
Apparently, it is when it stays in the high-normal range for longer than usual, whatever that means.
I was predisposed to it, but didn’t get myself treated for 22 years, and now as I said in another question, I nearly died on my birthday (I didn’t, but I gave myself a good scare, no bull). My 2 y.o. son also has it, but the doctors are monitoring him 6-monthly (not enough in my opinion).
See your chemist and ask for a fact sheet. They’re very useful and informative.
