How does high blood pressure speed up plaque buildup in arteries?

blood pressure miracle

Question by Adriana: How does high blood pressure speed up plaque buildup in arteries?
Could someone please explain to me how a high blood pressure flowing in arteries can speed up or make plaque build up in your arteries? This isn’t making sense to me. I thought it had more to do with lipids/cholesterol…

Oh oh I know this, the higher pressure of blood, the more damage you will get to your arteries, it’s like a river, the faster it flows, the more it erodes the river bank. So it erodes the arteries and instead of a smooth artery, it gets kinda sharp and easy for the plaque to get stuck on, and it will keep on building

If you eat garlic and oatmeal every day, your plaque build up will reduce, your blood pressure will reduce, and your cholesterol will reduce.

You need to eat organic garlic- non organic does not do squat. And the whole cloves, no powder or pills. Real garlic.

And for the oatmeal, you need the Steel Cut oatmeal- not instant, or quick, or most oatmeal on the shelves. Every store I’ve ever been in has the steel cut oatmeal- it’s usually on the very top shelf above the other oatmeals.
