I have high blood pressure proably beacuse of stress and sometimes, I just feel like I will have a nervous breakdown and potential end up in the hospital. However, without the degree I won’t make any money and feel that I deserve better. I can’t deal with life stuggles and proably need help. What should I do?

Go to your college’s student health center. It sounds like you’re having anxiety issues, and they can help put you in touch with people who can help you sort this out.
Trust me, it’s far easier and far better for you to reach out than to try to tough it out and solve this problem on your own.
get private education or go to your doctors and they may give you something like valums???? or something near!!!!
Pardon me for saying this, but I really think you should seek professional help instead of asking this on Yahoo! Answers.
A good doctor should be able to prescribe you tranquilizers to calm your nerves down. And that should hopefully help you to relax more.
Most, if not all, colleges have counseling services. I think you might do well to talk to someone there.
It sounds like you know there’s something wrong, and you’ve taken the first step by asking help here. Without knowing you, it’s hard to recommend what to do, but counseling services at universities are used to dealing with students, they know the kind of stress students face, and they know what it does to people who suffer under stress. More importantly, they know what to do about it.
Stress can have psychological reasons, but it can also be related to sleep patterns, diets, a lack of exercise, or something as silly as bad scheduling of classes and tasks. (People who work best at night put in early-morning classes, for example.)
A university counselor will talk to you and try to find out what causes your problems. If you and the counselor come to the conclusion that there are psychological reasons, you may benefit from more extensive sessions with a counselor or psychologist. But it may not even be necessary.
I know many people who benefited from university counselors. They are there to help people just like you. You’re paying tuition, so you might as well make use of the university’s services!
sleep and eat well i also do some excerise to take your mind off things…if u can try to decrease the number of units youre taking a semester..there really is no big rush..take it easy man
My college had free mental health consultations. You should ask student services if they have a counselor you can talk to.
Tutors might be able to help if you are having trouble with the classwork.
Also, you might need to take fewer classes.
