Umm yea kno what really helps?OATMEAL
you can do this mentally,by taking your pressure and concentrating on lowering it ,but there are plants, like ginger and eat less salt
Have you tried changing your diet. Alot of salts is not good and also stress raises it alot! Try cutting out salt and alot of carbs and things that aren’t healthy for you. I’m glad that you are exercising i wish i had the time to do that. i really have to start. i suffered from high blood pressure while i was pregnant and it was horrible. i had to sleep on my left side and my feet swelled up and i was on medicine that did help me alot! Good Luck
Have you tried to get treatment through an homeopath, you know homeopaths, if competent and experienced, can work wonders 8
After taking less salt we cook a leaves of shrub called Donggam. It is like vegetables and very tasty.
Blood pressure usually runs in the family. It could also be because of your mental condition. I mean if you are really high strung there could be an increase in your bp. Learn to relax and take every day as it comes. You can try some home remedies. There is this website which I found very useful.
