I’m asking for a friend – 30 yr old male, goes to the gym regularly and isn’t overweight.
He sweats a lot for no reason and someone told him that it means he has high blood pressure, is that true?

Even extremely healthy people can suffer from HBP. Go to your doctor they can tell you for certain, doesnt mean you are unfit or unhealthy could just be genetic.
The only way to tell is by actual measurement using a device called a ‘sphygmomanometer.’ Lots of places exist where you can get a measurement done, even for free.
High blood pressure does not cause any discomfort.
How you know.. is by going getting it checked at a pharmacy like CVS.
