they will probably put you on a special diet cut out all good foods, but depending on how high your BP is they might put you on medication
My lilttle sister has high blood pressure. In the health field it’s called hypertension. The doctors will prescribe high blood pressure medicine usually. Normally you will take that med for the rest of your life.
If the high blood pressure is due to being overweight then you will need to exercise and eat a low fat, low salt diet. A nutritionist may be able to help you plan healthy meals.
