hey im no expert, but did the monitor come with instructions, lol? my mom used one before she passed away and it seemed simply, but they jam easily. i would go to a local pharmacist and they can figure it out for you, just ask to speak to the pharmacist and be honest, say, hey i bought this from x and y place and i cant get it to work…… cant hurt…
