Arnold talks with Joe about how he cured his high blood pressure with a raw food diet. After being on high blood pressure medication for 4 years he was able to stop taking the medicine as a result of going on an all raw diet.

Doesn’t a diet like this lack enough protein?

  3. By bigpinkears on Jun 16, 2009 | Reply

Modern medicine dropped the ball on this one. Vitamin D actually plays a much more significant role in forming and sustaining healthy strong bones and teeth than previously believed. Also, calcium plays a necessary part, but a less significant one in this that previously believed.

Protein breaks down into basic amino acids when you eat them. Fruits and vegetables are chock full of amino acids. Since they don’t occur in the more complex protein that needs to be broken down by the digestive system before your body can use it to nourish and repair tissues, you get the benefits much faster from eating raw fruits and vegetables.

Man, just try it for *yourself* for 90 days. 100% raw vegan. And make sure that you use a website such as fitday to count nutrients.

Don’t look for theories. Form your own theoriez. These raw foodists are scientists forming their own theories and they look young, healthy, and good. Also, check out “The Protein Myth” it’s here on Youtube!

Paranoid of what? Roughly 60% of humans have a deficieny in the enzyme lactase. Not to mention the high levels of triglycerides in milk. Milk is terrible. It’s not my opinion, it’s fact.

Wonderful. Just what we need is a paranoid scientist. Ironically you’ll probably end up working for the government that you say is trying to kill us all.

He’s not talking about his ***? I can’t argue with a dull mind. And by doing research I assume you mean to find the same crackpot conspiracy theory information that led you to these brilliant deductions in the first place. I’ll pass.

He’s not talking about of his ***. Just because everyone does it does not mean it’s right or safe. Do some research before you come in here spewing **** you know nothing about. We eat dairy, and even grain by convention. They are both extremely inflammatory.

what generations were those? cavemen? the closest generation you could be talking about would be the native americans, and i wouldn’t be too hasty to compare lifespans between us and them. or quality of life. or general good health.

the truth is, we have all been lied to by Big Dairy business, who says, “Does a body good” It’s all propaganda. Milk is a major mucous producer and diseases thrive in mucousy environments. Cow milk is for baby cows. That’s what nature intended. People have just been conditioned to drink it, and it has become an accepted norm. The protein in milk leeches calcium from your bones. Also, there are no enzymes in pasteurized milk.

and harmony with the earth and universe is where we are once again headed.

The generations before us did not eat highly processed foods, did not eat slaughterhouse meat, did not drink homogenized, ultra pasteurized milk, did not live sedentary lives, did not eat candy, potato chips, ice cream, hydrogenated oils, genetically modified soy, corn, wheat, etc. They did not breathe air contaminated with fossil fuels and they did not drink water contaminated with flouride, mercury, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, etc. The generations before us lived in harmony with the earth.

so everyone from all the generations that came before us in america were all among the living dead?

  19. By sacredshakti on Jul 13, 2009 | Reply

it’s a matter of whether or not you’re among the living, or among the living dead. It’s all about choice.

if dairy is toxic, why arent we all dead?

Nature intended cow’s milk to be used for baby cows. Humans are the only species that eat another animal’s milk! Isn’t that interesting?

Yes pasteurized milk is put in a giant vault, heated to boiling temperatures, then packaged and sold to unsuspecting humans. The meat and dairy industry are huge, and they don’t want us to know that they are selling disease and death to nations.

    Dairy’s toxic :)

Because they lack nutritional value. The more nutrition you can get per calorie, the healthier you become.
