I think I answered one of your questions a few days ago. So, I'm glad you got a blood pressure monitor and are keeping track of your blood pressure.

I had high blood while I was pregnant but the doctor didn't put me on bed rest until my blood pressure was typically 140/90 on a regular basis and 180/120-30 when I was up and around, so you probably just need to be careful and watch your sodium intake right now.

Talk to your doctor about it and be carefull!

Good luck and congrats!

I am in the same boat and I am 14 weeks pregnant. My blood pressure is exactly like yours. High in the afternoon 140/90 and lower in the morning 130/80. I have talked to my doctors about this and they don't seem as worried as I am . I have been told to take my blood pressure in the morning and evening and of course that's when it's the lowest. I would be interested in hearing what others have to say.

Unless your doctor asked you to track your BP, I would really calm down about it, or you are just going to stress yourself out...just like you said.

If your doctor had a real concern about it, she would have told you to limit your activites, and made specific requests.

If you have true concerns, as well...you need to call your doctor immediately. You shouldn't wait until your next appointment.
