i had some 24 hrs BP test, Had like 50 BP took that day and the average came out 139/89, just at the limit, tho i had 115/70 but 150/94 too.Being a teenager the doctor said i dont need medicines yet but i must stop consuming Fast Foods,Coca,Coffee and alcohol.I did this and now i have a 125/85 average.I’ll visit my doctor again this month and he will tell me if i really have high BP or its just the puberty ;)

I got my blood pressure under control by eating right and doing low impact exercise so that I wouldn’t get shin splints lost about 3 lbs a week doing that so after 6 months I’d lost 72 lbs u know what to do its just a matter of doing it its only hard if u make it hard

Great vidoe and a real eye opener! Just last week I got mine under control with medication (Diovan 160mg). it was 165/97, stage 1 moderate, so I don’t dare take any chances.

    Thanks for the post!

Great information! Hypertension can lead to kidney failure. Sheila Shaw lost her kidney function, did peritoneal dialysis, and then received a kidney from her sister. Sheila inspires others to take control of their health despite living with a chronic illnesses. She teaches how we must take control of our health! Hypertension and diabetes are very serious- so taking control is a must! You are worth it! Great job! Thank you!
