    Hey…..Booliocious that pretty high (mild hypertension) I manage to control my own blood pressure and now is 134/70…Drink more fruit juice and exercise reguarly.

I’m 38 I have not had a stroke yet, I’m not even over weight, but I have had hypertension for 15 years, been on every med in the book, nothing seems to work. hypertension has already damaged my vision. going to raw foods, I tried this for a week and my bp dropped by 20 point (systolic and diastolic). This may be the way for me. good luck with you
