From my experience as a home care nurse, these bp cuffs are not accurate at all. You are better off returning it and using the blood pressure machines at the stores. Turn it on and when the monitor starts beeping really alot of times, count the beeps and you should get a beep count of 80/107 lets say and that's normal.
