Amazing ! One must practice Pranayam & Asana daily shown by Swami Baba Ramdevji. Kapalbhati & Anulom & Vilom ( alternate breathing) are excellent pranayam no doubt. Thanks to Swami Baba Ramdevji.I am firm believer of yoga & meditation. I practice yoga & meditation many years daily never miss a day and have good health & happiness and free from diseases. Swami is doing great job teaching pranayam to public. Once again thanks to Swami Baba Randevji.

You have to know Hind to learn to learn it, THe audio quality is really good unless somebody has hearing issues.

His advice really worked. I tried many other alternatives but none worked for me.
My BP came down from 160/110 to 104/76 after one week of yoga nidra and one day of these exercises. Of course Cold water shower and apple cider vinegar also helped me. Have to take his Mukta Vati and follow his dietary advice and his yoga routine and it could get even better. I am spellbound with the success. It may take you more time but it will surely cure if you do this regularly.
i didnt understand a word he said, and look after humming he started speaking hyper, look i do meditation and after it your calm, but that ,,guru,, is talking like a barter in a market or bazar.
Guru Ram Dev here is wee bit difficult for me to understand like my Tibetan guru friend. But I reckon it is worth making the effort to listen to this. Patience will bear good fruit of the Karma for lowering my high blood pressure. I hope Guru Ram Dev will help others too. Give this a try.
By following Guru Ramdev’s yoga, I have got rid of depression, BP, gained a body people evny, gained at least 15 years of youth, got rid of backache. To begin with, I was a fool like this Cheema dude, not believing him. I practiced for the heck of it and it worked wonders with me. The world need more of people like Guru Ram Dev.

InternationalBoss do it early in the morning without eating anything is best and in the evening minimum there should be a gab of 2 hours after meal but u can eat after 30 minutes of doing yoga
