There are lots of places to download charts, but they all want money and I am a bit short of that right now. Thanks for your help.
I want to thank you all for your helpful answers, especially penny B and Micks Mix. The open office one my security system on my computer, for some reason, did not like.

The booklet that comes with the tester is way too small and does not cover the blood pressure as well, but I thank you for the thought.
I chose Penny B as the best answer because her site gave me blood presure and blood sugar. Mickimix the blood sugar one is good and I am probably going to keep that as well. Sorry I cannot give you both the best answer.

I use a spreadsheet to record them, it then makes a graph for you. You can download a really good one free that is very similar and compatible with microsoft office. it’s called open office and I think it’s great!! Good luck!
If you bought a meter there is a high chance there was a book in there. Inside the book is an area where you can record your readings. If not make a spreadsheet from your computer.
Here are a few for recording your blood sugar levels.
You can sort through them to see which would be most suitable for you, and then discard the rest.
Best of luck to you.
