Why does my blood pressure keep changing?

blood pressure miracle

Question by Shayna Lustidao: Why does my blood pressure keep changing?
I was using my home’s blood pressure monitor and I checked my pressure and it was 130/78 and I tried it again a few seconds later and it came out to be 119/72. I’m a 20 yr old as well. Is this normal?

Your blood pressure is fine. Normal is 120/80. However, your blood pressure is always changing.
It never stays the same. It always fluctuates. Even the act of sitting down or standing up will cause it to raise or lower a few points. Don’t worry everything is fine.

When you go to take your blood pressure put the cuff on then sit quietly for 5-10 minutes and you will get the same readings. Yes it is normal finding. I never take my blood pressure in the morning. I sit down, put the cuff on and watch TV then take my blood pressure and it’s always normal.
