I have an Omron automatic arm attached blood pressure monitor and I think it’s great. I know several nurses that are using one rather than the conventional monitor with stethoscope.

I prefer digital meter with a manual or auto pump. Brands like A&D or Omron is my best bet. Regular prices run from $ 40 for manual or $ 60 for auto. Plus, do get the one for your arm, not wrist for more accurate reading.
FWIW there’s a Omron wrist monitor that senses when the monitor is level with the heart
It also keeps a record of your last 90 readings Cost is about $ 100
