This is just what I need. My doctor wants me to start logging my blood pressure once daily. I had thought of getting an arm cuff and have my wife use a stethoscope to measure my pressure, but this method looks much easier and I can do it all myself. By the way, the lady in the video is beautiful and should be a model or in Hollywood making movies.
